How to take:

The recommended dosage range for Accutane is 0.5 to 1.0 mg/kg a day given in two divided doses with food for 3-4 months.
Precautions:
Never take Accutane if you are pregnant as it causes severe birth defects. Even one dose of Accutane can cause major birth defects of the baby's ears, eyes, face, skull, heart, and brain.
Make sure you use two specific forms of birth control and have regular pregnancy tests while taking thi smedication.
Do not use this medication if you are allergic to isotretinoin or to parabens.Tell your doctor about any of these conditions as they require dose adjustment: a history of mental illness, heart diseases or bone disorders as well as eating disorders.
